What I Eat in A Day

I'm so excited to share this post with you'all. I get so much questions on what i eat in a day.
As you probably know, I eat a whole food plant base diet, avoiding process foods as possible. I been living this way for almost 3 years now and i feel AMAZING!
So lets get right into it!
10:30am First, I like to start my day off with some warm lemon water to get my digestion moving. It has so many benefits like; Boosting your immune system, Energizes and enhance mood, hydrates the body, and alkalizes the body.

11:30am - Breakfast This is my go to breakfast when I have days off. Its filling and loaded with superfoods!
Bananas
Wild Blueberries
Raw cacao powder
Water
Toppings
Hemp Seeds
Granola
Blackberries
Almond butter

2:00pm - Lunch I went to my favorite place today The Natural Food Store and got this delicious vegan wrap and a curry brown rice veggie soup. I also had some vegan cheese ITz which i didn't have in months so i thought today was a good day to treat myself a little :)

Spring lettuce
Carrots
Vegan dressing
Cabbage
Tomatoes
Cucumbers
Soup: Brown rice, chick peas, veggies, and curry

2:30pm - Tea Time Its a cold rainy day today so I love watching a movie with a cup of tea. I love tea. It has so much benefits; many can help anxiety, energy, relaxation, and more. if you want any tea recommendations contact me.

9:00pm - Dinner I was still very full from lunch so i just made a very simple dinner and also had an apple after.
